By purchasing this service, you give Hootenanny Arts Owner, Kira Smith and our hired independent contractor art assistants permission to pick up your child at his/her school and to transport your child to Hootenanny Art Annex at 413A - 7th Ave. Please disclose the designated pick-up area and we will also use the school’s main lobby as a default pick-up destination. We will be easily identifiable with a Hootenanny pick-up sign. Make sure to include our names below, in your child’s school paperwork, granting permission for pick-up.

Your child will be picked up by either Kira Smith, 718-207-5936, or one of our assistants (phone number to follow) at dismissal and walk or bus (B67) your child from his/her school to the annex only. Please note we will not stop for any snacks or any other persons. We will make every effort to ensure the safety of your child during transportation.
